The value of sperm and their counts has a close relation to
the nature and type of foods that people consume. For this reason, it has been recommended
that men who are hopeful to have babies and improve their fertilities should
have a balanced diet high in fruits and vegetables. Antioxidant rich foods such
as tomatoes green leafs and oranges play an essential role in boosting sperm
count.
Zinc is another essential component that plays a significant
role in contributing towards healthy sperm count. Zinc can be easily and
