Ways to boost semen volume


One need not worry about low semen volume and sperm count as the good news is that the amount of semen that you ejaculate can be increased using natural ways.

1. Improve diet
Avoid fast food such as burgers, hot dogs, French fries but eat healthy food and improve your diet which are high in proteins, vegetables and low in carbs. Improve your diet if you want to have healthy sperm.  

2. Exercise
 Exercise helps boost semen volume as it helps enhance male testosterone levels which are the main male sexual hormone.  Testosterone levels decreases every year after the age of around 35, hence it is essential to exercise regularly and get in a good shape which is important for your sperm quality and quantity.  

3.  Have lots of water
 Do not be dehydrated and drink plenty of water and fruit juices as this helps the sperm to become more fluid and can increase the volume.

4. Cut down drinking alcohol and smoking
Drinking alcohol daily by effect the semen as alcohol lowers testosterone levels and accelerates the rate at which male libido declines.  To improve semen, reduce your alcohol intake and cigarettes which is harmful to sexual health.
