Ways to Conquer Low Sperm Count


Men suffer from low sperm due to many reasons like stress, tight clothes, lack of sleep, and exposure to heat, excess cycling, and deficiency, physical or psychological reasons.   Lack of sleep and obesity can also affect sperm motility and sperm count. A man needs to have a certain number of sperms in a milliliter of his semen to fertilize a female’s egg for smooth reproduction process.

One should have a healthy diet comprising of whole grains, fruits, high fibre, almonds, oysters, asparagus, spinach and avocado as it is good for overall semen quality and are good sources of vitamins, amino acids which help increase sperm count.  Processed food should be avoided. One should also exercise regularly to improve blood flow throughout the body.
